1965 association copy from the collection of editor, publisher, and literary agent, Al Hart. Mr. Hart was best known for editing Ian Fleming's first seven James Bond novels. Hart joined Little, Brown in the mid-1960s after leaving Macmillan. This is one of the two advance copies that he received. This was the reading copy. The signed copy is also available.
