Refund policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, please use the contact form to send a message and we will respond as soon as possible. Purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying return shipping. Refunds are processed after items have been returned to us and verified to be the item we originally sold, in the same condition that we sold it. If the item is in the same condition, a full refund will be issued. If it is not in the same condition, we will issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
